FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: composition contains grain flakes, protein material, a vegetal complex and taste additives. The grain flakes are represented by wheat and rice flakes; the vegetal complex - by a mixture including linseed flour, carrot powder, dried pumpkin pieces and dried parsley. The protein material and the taste additive are represented by milk protein and culinary salt. The components are used at the following ratio, wt %: wheat flakes - 32.0-36.0, rice flakes - 32.0-36.0, linseed flour - 7.0-12.0, carrot powder - 5.0-7.0, dried parsley - 0.5, milk protein - 6.3-7.0 and culinary salt - 1.2.
EFFECT: obtainment of an instant mush composition balanced in terms of mineral formula, vitamins and cellulose content; invention allows to obtain a functional product enriched with protein, cellulose, sugars and pectin substances.
