Composition for high-protein instant porrige contains a mixture comprising instant cereal grains or cereal flakes, whey protein concentrate, milk protein concentrate, inulin, isomaltulose, xanthan gum, potassium chloride, sucralose, a flavoring agent and a food coloring agent with the following content of initial components, wt %: instant cereal grains or cereal flakes – 30–45, whey protein concentrate – 12–20, milk protein concentrate – 8–14, inulin – 10–20, isomaltulose – 8–16, xanthan gum – 0.6–0.8, potassium chloride – 1.2–1.6, sucralose – 0.06–0.08, flavoring agent – 1.4–1.8, food coloring agent – 0.05–0.1.
