SUBSTANCE: device includes a magnetic label on the crank and the catcher signal centered on the frame bracket. Signal separator is designed as a hollow bracket inside which position sensor is installed, working on the principle of change of EMF, fixed cover. The bracket has two nuts that allow secure it perpendicular to the major axis of machine-rocking pumps. In the center of the bracket there is a cable channel that connects the sensor to the recording unit, which processes the incoming signal and displays it on the screen, also recording data on the work of the rocking machine for the entire period of time and transmitting data to the screen or via the USB interface. The magnetic mark is fixed on the inside of the crank facing the frame of the rocking machine, at a distance from the axis of rotation of the crank so that the central axes of the signal trap and the magnetic mark when crossing the crank through the horizontal plane crossing the magnetic mark coincide. The distance between the working surface of the signal trap and the working surface of the magnetic mark must not be more than the distance of the magnetic lines of force.
EFFECT: efficiency and reliability of work is increased.
