FIELD: analog microelectronics.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the field of analog microelectronics and can be used in various analog interfaces, such as ADC drivers based on high-speed operational amplifiers (op-amps). The class AB input stage of a high-speed operational amplifier with resistive negative common-mode feedback contains an input parallel-balanced amplifier (1) with the first (2) and second (3) inputs, as well as the first (4) and second (5) current outputs, which are matched with the first (6) power supply bus, the first (7) and second (8) terminating transistors, the first (9) and second (10) series-connected terminating resistors, the first (11) output transistor, the drain of which is connected to the first ( 12) current output of the device, the gate is connected to the drain of the first (7) matching transistor, and the source is connected to the first (6) power supply bus, the second (13) output transistor, the drain of which is connected to the second (14) current output of the device, the gate is connected to the drain of the second (8) matching transistor, and the source is connected to the first (6) power supply bus, and the first (12) and second (14) current outputs of the device are matched with the second (15) power supply bus. The gates of the first (7) and second (8) matching transistors are connected to the output (16) of an additional compensating current source (17) containing positive (18), negative (19) and common (20) power supply inputs, which are connected to the corresponding second (15) and the first (6) buses of power supplies, as well as a common bus (21) of power supplies.
EFFECT: increasing the maximum slew rate of the output voltage of the op-amp at a low static current consumed by the op-amp from the power source.
