FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely to occupational pathology, otorhinolaryngology, neurology and neuropsychology. The indicators of the level of the constant potential of the right central Cd and parietal Pz leads are determined; registration of somatosensory evoked potentials with the determination of indicators of latency of the peak of somatosensory evoked potentials N30 and interpeak interval N18-N20 is pefrormed. Neuropsychological testing is carried out with the determination of indicators of visual gnosis and reciprocal coordination. The diagnostic function F is calculated. The result obtained is compared with a constant. When F is greater than a constant, the patient is diagnosed with signs of damage to the central nervous system with occupational sensorineural hearing loss. When F is less than or equal to a constant, signs of damage to the central nervous system are not associated with occupational exposure to aircraft noise.

EFFECT: method allows to improve the accuracy of diagnosis by identifying signs of damage to the central nervous system in occupational sensorineural hearing loss.
