FIELD: power engineering.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power engineering. Maneuvered regenerative steam gas thermal power plant operating method and device for its implementation, the heat of gases, expanded in a gas turbine, is used for regenerative heating of compressed air and delivery water of the heating network. During the non-heating work period, the compressed air is regeneratively heated, and during the heating period only a part of the compressed air, which decreases with decreasing air temperature is regeneratively heated. Regenerative heating is stopped when the air temperature drops to the predetermined value. Heat of the combustion products is used to generate overheated steam of medium pressure and to heat the delivery water of the heating network, overheated steam is expanded in a back pressure steam turbine, its useful work is used to generate electricity, the expanded steam is condensed, heat of steam condensation is used to heat the delivery water of the heating network, the condensate is deaerated, compressed and used in the recovery boiler to produce overheated steam; in the heating period, when the ambient air temperature drops to the set temperature, additional fuel is burned between the evaporator stages of the waste heat boiler, production of overheated steam, electric and thermal power are increased, consumption of additional fuel is increased when the heat load of consumers increases.
EFFECT: invention provides higher economy, electric and thermal power, maneuverability and the amount of cogeneration energy production.
