FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: damper contains the housing (1) with the cover (2), the working space and the flange with holes (8) for attaching the damper to the crankshaft. The flywheel (3) is located inside the housing in the fluid medium with the high viscosity (7). The slits are equidistant relative to each other along the circumference. In the flywheel slots there are thrust plates (4), installed in the recesses, formed inside the body on its outer surface, the rear wall and the inner surface of the cover. There are the springs (6) between the thrust plates and the flywheel slots walls. The ends of the springs rest against the recesses, made in the slots walls and on the plate surfaces. Inside the housing, the bushing (5) is installed between its surface on the inner diameter and the flywheel.
EFFECT: increase of the torsional vibrations damping efficiency over the wide range of the crankshaft speed changes, increase of the engine operational life.
