FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: liquid-fuel atomiser includes a hollow body with a nozzle and a central core. The body has fluid feed channel and includes a bushing, rigidly coupled therewith and having nozzle secured to its lower part. The nozzle is made of cylindrical two-step bushing with upper cylindrical step thread-jointed to central core. The core end is installed with annular gap relative to internal surface of cylindrical bushing. The annular gap is communicated with radial channels, made in the two-step bushing to connected with circular cavity, formed by the bushing inner surface and top cylindrical step outer surface. The annular cavity is connected to the body channel for supplying liquid. To the central core, in its lower part, a diffuser is rigidly attached, made in the form of truncated cone. The sprayer is attached with its upper base to the base of the central core cylinder, and a divider is attached by means of spokes to the lower base of the sprayer truncated cone. The divider is made in the form of end circular plate, which edges are bent towards the annular gap, and screw grooves are provided on the outer lateral surface of the truncated cone. At the divider plate edges there are slits to form blades, and the blades are bent in different directions with alternation: one is up and the other one is down. In the lower part of the bushing there is a diffuser, which cutting plane passes through the fastening plane of the spokes.
EFFECT: increasing the efficiency of finely dispersed liquid spray.
