FIELD: technological processes.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to spraying of fluids equipment and can be used in fire fighting, agriculture, chemical industry and heat power engineering. In a liquid nozzle comprising a hollow housing with a nozzle and a central core, the housing is made with a fluid supply channel and containing coaxial rigidly coupled with it bushing with nozzle secured at its lower part, made in form of cylindrical two-stage bushing, which upper cylindrical stage is connected coaxial with it central cylindrical core by means of threaded connection, having a central hole and installed with annular gap relative to cylindrical bushing inner surface, wherein the annular gap is connected to at least three radial channels formed in a two-stage bushing connecting it to an annular cavity formed by the bushing inner surface and the upper cylindrical stage outer surface, wherein annular cavity is connected with housing fluid supply channel, to the central core, in its lower part, a diffuser is rigidly connected, made in the form of flattened cone coaxial with the central hole of the core, and attached by its upper base to the base of the cylinder of the central core, and to truncated cone lower base by means of at least three spokes divider is attached, which is made in form of round end plate, with edges bent toward the annular gap, and on the of the truncated cone outer lateral surface there are helical grooves, axisymmetric to the central core central opening a throttle opening is made in the divider, an external diffuser is coaxially attached to the bushing at its lower part, and an inner diffuser is coaxially attached to the sprayer truncated cone lower base rigidly attached to the central core in its lower part so that the external and internal diffusers outlet cross-sections lie in one plane, wherein the rigidly attached to the sprayer truncated cone in its lower part internal diffuser is perforated.

EFFECT: high efficiency of liquid atomizing.
