FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: endocardial electrode system for left heart departments stimulation consists of an electrode and a thrust axial stiletto. The electrode body is formed by an outer spiral with a parilene coating connected to the anode and equipped over its entire length with an insulating polymer tube and an inner spiral with a parilene coating connected to a cathode with a through hole for coronary conductor advancement. Connector and distal parts of the electrode are connected to each other by a contact electrical connector in which the cathode and anode circuits are provided with spring contacts. A stepped bore is made at the proximal end of the cathode contact of the distal part of the electrode, and the distal end of the cathode contact of the electrode connector part is provided with a single-sided spring lamella. The thrust axial stiletto is made from wire with a diameter exceeding the internal diameter of the opening of the proximal cathode contact of the distal part. The distal part of the thrust axial stiletto is made with a zigzag profile and with a diameter smaller than the inner diameter of the proximal cathode contact of the distal electrode part. The distal part cathode is closed by a valve in the form of a hollow hemisphere with a slot in its apex and a parilene coating of the inner surface. The valve is made of a steroid-containing elastomer with a degree of filling of 5 to 20 wt % with a mixture of 1 to 10 water-soluble parts by weight and 1 to 10 water-insoluble parts by weight of steroid preparations.
