SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to medicine, specifically intervention cardiology and cardiovascular surgery. As access for catheterisation and installation of endocardial electrode in an apex of right ventricular (RV) for ventricular pacing (ECS) is used cubital vein. Additionally, on J-shaped conductor is introduced a conductor catheter Jatkins Right 5F and fixed in area of an apex of RV. Method includes cutting proximal end of conductor catheter, pulled up so that tip of endocardial electrode is secured in top of RV. Other version of method consists in that access for catheterisation and installation of endocardial electrode into an ear right atrium (PP) for atrial pacing cubital vein is used. Additionally, on J-shaped conductor is introduced conductor catheter Jatkins Right 5F and fixed in area of eye PP. Method includes cutting proximal end of conductor catheter, pulled up so that tip of endocardial electrode is secured in eye PP.

EFFECT: group of inventions provides faster procedure, absence of hemorrhagic complications, extremely low risk of thromboembolism, absence of complications of chest (pneumothorax, hemothorax), early patient activation, possibility of single-step infusion of drugs through side channel of introducer.
