FIELD: radio engineering, communication.

SUBSTANCE: message source sends signals to the receiver, that contain a timeline containing a beginning tag flag (F) and a unit signal located at a random scale digit, wherein the sending time is selected so that at the input to the message receiver the same scale digits of all sources are superimposed on each other creating a common scale returned to all message source. In order to resolve the access conflict with the message receiver, the message source receives a scale from the receiver, counts the number M - the number of equal to one scale digit that are located closer to the F mark than the one selected by this source, then the message source determines the time delay Q - the transmission time of the certain M message sources, and starts sending its message, and upon successful transmission, the source terminates the maintenance of the current message, if a conflict is detected, the message source refuses to transmit the message or performs a new attempt to execute the method.

EFFECT: eliminating the need for the message source to allocate a scale digit for each source of the system message.
