FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: method of transmission efficiency evaluating of a drill string axial force in a wellbore is implemented by means of systems for controlling one or more drilling operations, each comprising: at least one processor and a memory device containing long-term run instructions for evaluating the efficiency of drill string axial force transmitting. Using the processor of one system, the drill string is lifted, so that the drill bit is above the bottom of the wellbore; the hook load is measured; the first reference hook load value is reduced. Also in the method, the first pressure to the bit is determined at the drill string bottom, and the efficiency of the axial force is determined based at least in part the measured hook load, the first bit pressure and the first reference hook load value. The second system processor alters the hook load to the first and second reference value; the first and second bit pressures are measured at the drill string bottom. Also, the second system processor determines the transmission efficiency of the axial force based, at least in part, on the first and the second reference hook load values, the first bit pressure and the second bit pressure.

EFFECT: increased evaluation efficiency of the drill string axial force transmission and optimized hydrocarbons production.
