SUBSTANCE: anion-exchange sorbent comprises a matrix chemically grafted directly or via a spacer with a tertiary amine group containing polar or charged substituents and a quaternary ammonium functional group comprised in the amine polymer or monomeric amine connected to it by means of a spacer. The general formula of the sorbent corresponds to the formula 1:

where R1 is either absent (R1=0) or is a spacer; R2 is a spacer; X is a polar or charged substituent;

The second version of the sorbent comprises a matrix chemically grafted directly or via a spacer with a quaternary ammonium group containing polar or charged substituents and quaternary ammonium groups of at least one aminopolymer or monomeric amine connected to it by means of different or coincident spacers. The general formula of the sorbent corresponds to the formula 2:
