SUBSTANCE: sorbent of the general formula (1) contains a chemically spacer-grafted quaternary ammonium functional group, which contains at least one 2-hydroxypropyl radical. R₁ is (CH₂)n, where n=2-8, R₂ is selected from the group: H, OH, Hal (halogen), Alkyl (alkyl radical). As an initial material in obtaining taken is an aminated matrix, selected from the group of an aminated: divinylbenzene-based polymer, in which divinylbenzene is a cross-linking agent, polymethylacrylate, silicon dioxide, titanium dioxide, zircon dioxide or aluminium oxide. A spacer based on a compound from a class of diglycidyl ethers is grafted to the matrix. Then the obtained compounds are modified with a water-soluble polymer, which contains primary or secondary amino-groups in a chain, and alkylated with oxirane.

EFFECT: obtaining a sorbent for the selective separation of a mixture of more than ten anions, the sorbent possesses high efficiency, stability and selectivity.
