FIELD: chemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a sorbent for determining compounds of a hydrophilic nature and a method for production thereof. Sorbent contains a matrix with a ligand chemically grafted on the nitrogen atom, which contains substituents R1, R2, R3, R4, wherein the nitrogen atom is attached to the matrix using an alkyl spacer R5, or using a spacer containing an alkyl moiety R5 with a fixed secondary, tertiary amino group or quaternary ammonium group, with which can be additionally connected identical or different spacers R6, R7, R8, at least one of which contains a nitrogen atom, on which ligand is obtained. R1-R4 are H or alkyl C1-C8 alkyl fragment which can contain identical or different substitutes, including hydroxyl, carbonyl, carboxyl, ester and amino groups, R5 is an alkyl fragment of C1-C14, which can contain various substitutes, including hydroxyl, carbonyl, carboxyl, ester and amino groups, R6-R8 identical or different, are H or an alkyl fragment of C1-C14, which may contain identical or different substitutes, including hydroxyl, carbonyl, carboxyl, ester and amino groups, wherein at least one of them is connected to nitrogen atom, on which substitutes R1-R4 are fixed. Method of producing sorbent is modification of aminated matrix by successive addition of carbonyl compound, isocyanide and organic acid to obtain ligand chemically grafted to nitrogen atom.
EFFECT: invention provides a simple, fast and well reproducible method of producing a hydrophilic sorbent, having high stability, selectivity and efficiency, as well as the possibility of varying selectivity in a wide range.
