SUBSTANCE: invention is intended to diagnose the presence of c-KIT gene L576P mutation in melanoma tissues. Estimation of the presence of mutation is carried out according to the ratios of the values of Ct threshold cycles in three real-time PCR reactions with allele-specific primers. Based on the results of three duplicate reactions, the mutant DNA proportion in the sample is calculated.
EFFECT: invention provides optimisation of real-time allele-specific PCR for diagnosis of c-KIT L576P tyrosine kinase receptor mutation in melanoma tissues.
