FIELD: pharmacology.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an injectable pharmaceutical composition for treatment of central nervous system disorders, comprising: (a) compound A-7:
,
wherein component (a) is present in an amount of 15-35 wt %; (b) sorbitan laurate in an amount of 0.2-1 wt %; (c) polysorbate 20 in an amount of 0.05-0.8 wt %, and (d) an aqueous carrier. The invention also relates to a method for central nervous system disorders treatment, comprising administration of an effective amount of the said composition to a subject in need of such treatment.
EFFECT: invention provides a composition which can be easily re-suspended, reduces local tissue response to antipsychotic means in sustained release formulations, and improves drugs compliance.
