FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention relates to the field of medicine, namely to a method for the treatment of central nervous system disorders, including the injection to a subject of therapeutically effective amount of a pharmaceutical composition containing (a) 20-30 weight percent of A-7 compound; (b) 0.2-1 weight percent of sorbitane laurate; (c) 0.05-0.8 weight percent of polysorbate 20, and (d) aqueous carrier; where the ratio of components (b) and (c) is from 5:1 to 1:1 by weight.
EFFECT: proposed is a method for the treatment of central nervous system disorders, which provides the injection of improved pharmaceutical composition containing sorbitane ester.
