FIELD: oil and gas industry.

SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for elimination and prevention of asphaltene-resin-paraffin deposits formation in oil and gas wells. Method comprises lowering tubing strings with screw pump driven by the pump with string of pump rods to the well, pump motor supply cable and capillary tube, simultaneous withdrawal of oil and chemical agent-demulsifier supply by dosing pump from the wellhead along the capillary tube to the pump suction. Screw pump drive with robs rotation frequency of 100 rpm is put into operation. Agent supply is carried out along the capillary tube in the tubing string at the distance of 0.2 m from its lower end. Load applied to the screw pump drive is periodically determined during high-viscosity oil extraction. At increased load to 40 A and decreased robs rotation to 60 rpm, after that, demulsifier supply along the capillary tube in the tubing string is stopped. Tip is lifted in the well tubing-casing annulus by using geophysical cable and is high-frequency impulsive thermoacoustic well treatment is performed without interrupting high-viscosity oil extraction. Periodic determination of load by current on the drive screw pump is performed every 12 hours during high-frequency impulsive thermoacoustic well treatment until reaching the current value of 15 A, then robs rotation is set to 100 rpm, then high-frequency impulsive thermoacoustic well treatment is stopped, tip with geophysical cable is extracted from well tubing-casing annulus and demulsifier supply along the capillary tube is restored, simultaneous extraction of high-viscosity oil and demulsifier supply by dosing pump along the capillary tube are continued.

EFFECT: higher efficiency of the well treatment, reliability, increased oil withdrawal, ruled out repair work.
