FIELD: oil production industry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates in particular to methods for preventing the deposition of paraffin and other components of hydrocarbon raw materials on oil production equipment. When implementing the method, the well fluid is replaced in the entire volume of the wellbore by pumping commercial dehydrated oil into the annulus. Next, tubing is lowered to the bottom-hole zone of the formation, a treatment composition is pumped through them, which is partially forced into the formation, after which the level of hydrocarbon fluid in the wellbore is reduced to a point at which the formation pressure is one and a half to two times higher than the bottom hole pressure. Next, the tubing is lifted to the surface, where an ultrasonic generator on a cable and a hydrodynamic vibration generator under the tubing pump are installed on the tubing shoe. Tubing is loaded into the well and lowered to the depth of the dynamic liquid level and an ultrasonic emitter is placed opposite the bottom-hole zone, after which each meter of the perforated thickness of the productive formation is treated with ultrasonic influence with a frequency range of 25-40 kHz, an intensity range of 250-500 W and a duration of 30 min in the environment of the processing composition. A pre-installed hydrodynamic vibration generator directly under the tubing pump produces vibration wave processing with a frequency range of 250-400 Hz, vibration amplitude range of 1.0-4.0 cm and a duration of 30 minutes for the purpose of resonant excitation of the well and reservoir system and the most complete transmission of elastic vibration energy into the reservoir.
EFFECT: increased efficiency and reliability of the method, decreased energy intensity and increased inter-cleaning period of wells.
