SUBSTANCE: flour sample taken by a dispenser is placed in a cuvette, the bottom of which is made of optical glass, the sample is compacted with the dispenser piston to obtain an even flour layer on the bottom, the cuvette is placed on the template-retainer mounted on the surface of the scanner's exposure glass, the cuvette bottom surface is scanned with obtaining the image in the digital form, the resulting image is analyzed with the identification of its colour characteristics, which are compared with the previously obtained colour characteristics of the reference samples, with the determination of the impurity content by the comparison results.
EFFECT: simplifying the method while increasing its speed.
