FIELD: biochemistry.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to biochemistry, in particular to biological DNA marker for detecting impurities of soft wheat flour in flour durum wheat and its processing products, as well as to method of detecting impurities soft wheat flour in flour durum wheat and its processing products in analyzed samples using it.
EFFECT: invention can be used to assess quality of supplied raw material at flour mills and pasta plants, also to assess quality of products from durum wheat throughout whole production chain including sanitary and epidemiological examination, certification tests.
