SUBSTANCE: invention relates to the cosmetic skin care product in the form of water-in-oil emulsion that contains: (A) from 20 to 30% of the oil component; (B) fatty acid ester, which has the value of hydrophilic-lipophilic balance (HLB) from 5 to 10; (C) from 0.1 to 3 wt % of non-ionic surfactant having a HLB value of from 1 to 4; (D) a clay mineral modified with an organic substance; and (E) water, where the volatile hydrocarbon oil is 10 wt % or more by weight of the oil component (A), and silicone oil is not contained, and where the complex fatty acid ester (B) having the value of HLB from 5 to 10, selected from the group consisting of hexachloroiridate (HLB of 9.0), hexachloroiridate (HLB of 9.0), designerillustrator (HLB 9.5) and, decapitalisation (HLB of 10.0), PoE(5) glycerylmonostearate (HLB of 9.5), POE (5) of glycerylmonostearate (HLB of 9.5), POE(6) of servicemonitoring (HLB of 9.5), POE(6) of servicemenulet (HLB of 10.0), PEG-8 of diisostearate (HLB 6,0), PEG-12 of diisostearate (HLB 8,0), PEG-8 of isostearate (HLB of 10.0), PEG-8 of dioleate (HLB 6,0), PEG-10 of glycerylmonostearate (HLB of 5.0), PEG-8 of glycerylmonostearate (HLB of 10.0), PEG-10 of glycerylmonostearate (HLB of 10.0).
