Receiving from at least one content repository in response to a request, content-related response data containing corresponding match lists having at least one corresponding content placement identifier indicating the storage location of the corresponding content item. Generating from the various extracted match lists a single list of recommendations by interleaving with each other the content placement identifiers contained in the different match lists from the mentioned match lists.
EFFECT: increase the accuracy of issuing recommendations.
