FIELD: data processing.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to information and analytical systems, which enable to provide users with help services in real time, and can be used to provide experts in real-time consulting and consulting services to users. System comprises a database of experts registered in the system, for each expert description of expert skill, where each description contains a tag cloud suitable for determining conformity of subjects of issues of an expert industry, and a rating index of an expert, quantitatively describing an expert's skill level relative to other experts registered in the system; database of registered users, containing identification data and bank requisites of users; means for obtaining user questions in natural language format; a question parsing tool which enables parsing each of the received questions for essential features suitable for analysis on compliance with an industry expert question defined by a tag cloud.
EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of quality and speed of user service, high probability of obtaining correct answers to questions.
