SUBSTANCE: method for extracting nutrients from waste of livestock complexes includes heating and aerating the anaerobic fermenter effluent in the aeration reactor for 4-24 hours for transferring soluble ammonium into gaseous ammonia, supplying gaseous ammonia from the aeration reactor to the degassing column in which a controlled amount of acid reacts with ammonia, extracting the resulting ammonium salt. In the second version, effluent containing fibrous precipitate and suspended solid particles is preheated to 160°F (71.11°C), the fibrous precipitate is separated, and two degassing columns are used. The system for extracting nutrients from the wastes of livestock complexes comprises an aeration reactor for heating and aerating the effluent of an anaerobic fermenter and two degassing columns for mixing the controlled amount of acid with gaseous ammonia from the aeration reactor, and a reservoir for collecting ammonium salt as well.
EFFECT: inventions ensure the economical processing of livestock effluents and the extraction of nutrients from them.
