FIELD: beverage making.

SUBSTANCE: beverage making device is described, containing a centrifugal brewing unit for beverage making by centrifugation of an ingredient contained in a capsule and mixed with a liquid carrier, wherein the centrifugal brewing unit contains a centrifuge cell for reception of such a capsule; a drive for rotation of the centrifuge cell; an adjuster for adjustment of a speed of rotation of the centrifuge cell by means of control of the drive based on a feedback signal, which is the difference between the required speed of rotation and the measured speed of rotation of the capsule rotated in the centrifuge cell. At the same time, the device additionally contains: a liquid supply device for supply of the liquid carrier to the centrifugal brewing unit; an optical reading system for reading a code on the periphery of the capsule during rotation of the capsule relatively to the optical reading system in the centrifuge cell and generation of an output signal corresponding to the code. In this case, the beverage making device is made with the possibility of calculation of the feedback signal, using the output signal of the optical reading system, which is at least part of the code of the capsule, read by the optical reading system.

EFFECT: provision of a reliable and economically effective beverage making system for beverage making by centrifugation of capsules.
