FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: group of inventions relates to field of biology, in particular to immunological research, which is preferable method of testing biological products and in the process of which tray for samples is applied, in particular, in realisation of enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay - ELISA, or other procedures, associated with immune assay, applying nucleic acid probe, as well as in application for carrying out testing for presence of DNA- or RNA sequences. Tray contains one or more depressions for samples, with each depression for samples having base and one or more open through holes made in base. Each of open through holes has circle-shaped transverse section and is made cylindrical, with diameter smaller than diameter of reagent granule or microsphere introduced in it. Reagent granule or microsphere is held or fixed in said through hole bi means of interference fit or friction fit with formation of peripheral sealing, impermeable for flowing medium with respect to base wall, forming said through hole.
EFFECT: group of inventions provides increased efficiency and quality of research with simultaneous reduction of time consumption.
