The head part (122) of the lever (120) has the rear contact surface (C) of the lever head disposed above the support surface (110), for pressing to the opening (148) a cutting plate (140) in the socket (102). The fastening element (130) engages a threaded opening (118) extending from the socket recess (116) along the axis (T) of the threaded opening. The fastening element (130) includes a guide projection (134) disposed in a blind opening (126) in front of the lever axle (120). The clamping contact surface (B) of the fastening element (130) is disposed adjacent to the front contact surface (H) of the lever (120). The first longitudinal distance (h1) between the rear contact surface (C) of the lever and the front contact surface (H) of the lever is less than the second longitudinal distance (h2) between the front contact surface (H) of the lever and the lower rear contact surface (G) of the lever.
