FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: cutting plate (100) has an upper support portion (106), two lower support portions (110, 112), and a stop portion (114) on its lower surface (108). Two lower support parts (110, 112) form lower planes (P1, P2) parallel and spaced apart from each other. The upper support surface (102) forms the upper plane (P3) forming a first angle (α) with the lower planes (P1, P2). The cutting plate (100) has a rear surface (124) on its front surface (118) forming a cutting edge (216) together with a front surface (104) formed on the upper surface (102). The stop portion (114) forms a stop plane (P4) which forms a second angle (θ) with a rear plane (PR) formed by a rear surface (124). A reference plane (p5) perpendicular to the upper plane (102) passing through the upper support portion (106) intersects the first and second lower planes (P1, P2) along first and second intersection lines (I1. I2) which are spaced apart from the first and second lower support portions (110, 112).
EFFECT: improved fastening strength of the cutting plate.
