GUIDING DEVICE FOR PRECISION RESECTION OF JOINT SURFACES IN CASE OF ANKLE JOINT ARTHRODESIS Russian patent published in 2017 - IPC A61B17/00 A61B17/15

Abstract RU 2628644 C1

FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: guiding device for precision resection of joint surfaces in case of ankle arthrodesis, comprising a support part adapted to be fixed to the bone, a guide plate configured to be positioned and rigidly fixed at a predetermined angle for resection, and means for visual indication of the angle magnitude, characterized by the support part made in the form of a diaphyseal and a stop beam with millimeter markings along their axes and rectangular holes for threaded rods, interconnected by a ball hinge mechanism with two removable graduated scales arranged perpendicular to each other, and the guide plate is provided with a through slot for an oscillatory saw and is connected by a ball hinge mechanism with two graduated scales at the junction, with a removable slide located on the diaphyseal beam, the rectangular openings of which are at an angle of 45 degrees to the back relative to the frontal plane of the limb.

EFFECT: device allows to achieve the positioning of the guide plate in 3 planes with an accuracy of 1 degree and to control the position of the sawdust when performing compression, which greatly improves the results of ankle joint arthrodesis.
