FIELD: medicine.

SUBSTANCE: treatment of cystocele and stress urinary incontinence in women is performed. Anterior colporphy is performed. A median longitudinal section is made on the anterior wall of the vagina, from the point 1 cm below the external opening of the urethra to the anterior arch. Two perpendicular incisions are made, one in the vaginal arch and the second at the urethro-vesicle segment level. Two rectangular sheets for cystocele correction and two triangular sheets for synthetic loop installation are formed between the incisions. The bladder is immersed with a purse suture. One of the rectangular sheets is directed under the other and fixed with separate nodular sutures. The second rectangular sheet is fixed on the opposite side over the first one in the form of a duplicate. Then normal anatomical position of the urethra is restored by synthetic loop installation under the triangular sheets.

EFFECT: method ensures restoration of the urethra-bladder relationship and simultaneous correction of genital prolapse, eliminates the need for repeated surgical interventions, improves the quality of life in patients with a combination of stress urinary incontinence and genital prolapse.
