FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: cut is made on the anterior wall of the vagina, forming two rectangular sheets from the vaginal mucosa. A neofascia is formed from vaginal mucosa. Surface layers of the epithelium with glands are subjected to argon-plasma coagulation. The free edge of the neofascia sheet is hemmed with separate nodal sutures to the base of the opposite sheet from the inside.
EFFECT: method allows to restore the anatomical position of bladder during genitals prolapse treatment, to reduce the likelihood of cystocele recurrence due to duplication neofascia formation.
