SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, gynecology and can be used in the treatment of patients with genital prolapse with undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia. Phenotypic signs and signs of collagen destruction are determined specific for undifferentiated connective tissue dysplasia, in the form of increased content in the serum sample of venous blood hydroxyproline and C-terminal telopeptides relative to the norm. Additionally, in the biopsy of the vaginal fascia, the type of collagen is determined by immunohistochemistry. When a type I collagen is detected in the biopsy, prolapse is corrected by its own tissues. Additionally, the patient receives metabolic therapy, which includes the correction of hypoestrogenism, drugs of magnesium, copper, zinc, iron, vitamin C, performs a therapeutic mode of physical activity and labor activity, rational diet therapy, appropriate types of physiotherapy, therapeutic massage and psychotherapy in accordance with this pathology. When a vaginal fascia of collagen III and IV types is detected in the biopsy specimen, the plasticity of the vaginal walls is performed using synthetic implants.

EFFECT: method allows to avoid the recurrence of genital prolapse, improve functional outcomes and quality of life of patients, reduce the time of rehabilitation of patients.
