FIELD: machine engineering.
SUBSTANCE: through axial hole with a diameter not less than the diameter of a guide eyelet hole and the diameter of a hole on a handle is made on the outer surface of non-metallic disc in shaft brakage area. The radial stiffeners on the inner surface of the non-metallic disc are shortened to a distance of not more than half of the base length from the center. A flat metal disc is made with outer diameter not more than the diameter of the inner cavity of non-metallic disc and with an axial opening having a diameter not less than the diameter of the completed through axial hole on the non-metallic disc, the guide eyelet and the hole in the handle. A metal shaft is made with diameter more than the diameter of the axial holes of the metal disc, the non-metallic disc, the guide eyelet and in the handle, with a flat cut on the tip to fix a screw clamp. The metal disc is fixed on the shaft along the axial hole perpendicular and flush with the shaft end plane by welding along the circumference with subsequent seam polishing and installing metal disc with the shaft through the axial hole on the non-metallic disc with radial grooves based on the radial stiffeners forming rigid locking connection therebetween.
EFFECT: invention allows repair that excludes turning of the working disc relative to the shaft, of complex detail by means of additional elements made of different materials, and a handle during the installation of metal lids on glass bottles.
