FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device has housing 1, plunger mounted inside the housing, and clamps 6 pivotally connected with the housing. Lever 8 having shaped surface is made up as a screw spiral whose radius increases in the direction opposite to the driving member made up as a handle. The driving member is mounted on the housing for permitting rotation and interaction with the plunger. Locking mechanism 16 of the clamps is constructed as a locking member mounted for axial movement and interaction with the outer surfaces of the clamps. The side surface of the lever, from the side of increasing radius of the spiral, is spring-loaded in the axial direction perpendicular to the axis of the plunger by the compression spring. The generatrix of the torn of the spiral is concave in the direction of the rotation axis. EFFECT: enhanced reliability. 5 dwg
