SUBSTANCE: method to comply the characteristics includes: the gateway characteristics ID receipt, at that the gateway characteristics ID is the description of the control characteristics of the open ended service quality (QoS EtoE) of the gateway; gateway characteristics ID syntactic parsing to receive the QoS EtoE gateway control characteristics; and determination whether the EtoE QoS gateway control characteristics match the EtoE QoS gateway control local characteristics, so that the QoS EtoE gateway control characteristics comply with Eto EQoS local control characteristics, the EtoE QoS control is installed.
EFFECT: provision of control characteristics dynamic compliance open ended service quality of the communication network, which allows to increase the flexibility of characteristics compliance.
