SUBSTANCE: invention relates to a QoS control method and device used for a handover target handover base station. Method comprises steps of: receiving, by a target base station, a handover request message from a source base station, wherein the handover request message comprises: mobile device service quality information, radio bearer identifier information in the source cell of the source base station for the mobile device, and the display ratio between the stream and the unidirectional radio channel in the source cell for the mobile device; sending, based on the handover request message received from the source base station, through the target base station, a handover acknowledgment message to the initial base station.
EFFECT: possibility of controlling QoS.
