FIELD: data transmission systems.

SUBSTANCE: data transmission unit comprises a second layer processing circuit for receiving, from a third layer, at least one service data unit, SDU, a second layer to be displayed in a resource, dedicated for data transmission, and for generation of protocol data unit, PDU, second level, including said at least one second layer SDU and at least one second layer control, wherein at least one second layer control element is located after any of at least one second layer SDU, and a first level processing circuit for receiving a second level PDU, generated by the second layer processing circuit, and mapping the second level PDU into a dedicated resource for transmitting data. Data receiving unit comprises first level processing circuit for canceling display of at least one protocol data unit, PDU, second level, from a resource allocated for receiving data, and a second layer processing circuit for receiving and decomposing a second level PDU obtained by canceling the first layer processing scheme display, wherein the second layer PDU includes at least one service data unit, SDU, a second layer, and at least one second layer control, wherein at least one second layer control element follows any of at least one second layer SDU.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of efficiency of radio interface level processing for new radio technology provided for mobile communication systems 5G.
