SUBSTANCE: invention relates to wireless communication system. Radio link control (RLC) entity of the transmitting device receives the first RLC service data unit (SDU) from the upper layer of the transmitting device. If the RLC entity receives, from the upper layer, a discard indication to discard the first RLC SDU, the RLC entity checks whether the first RLC SDU is sent to the lower level of the transmitting device. RLC object discards the first RLC SDU, if neither the first RLC SDU nor the first RLC SDU segment is sent to the lower layer.

EFFECT: technical result consists in improvement of throughput capacity of radio communication system, reducing delay / delay time, which occurs during communication between subscriber device and base station (BS).
