FIELD: food industry.
SUBSTANCE: multifunctional plant for preparing food outdoors contains an oven (3) installed with the possibility of turning to a barbecue (2) by means of a swivel joint (39). The barbecue (2) contains the ash pan (18), the brazier (13) and the work surface (29), and the oven (3) contains the working bottom (41) containing refractory stones (42) and a door (44) on the front surface (43). The chamber (40) of the oven (3) comprises a double wall (51) which is open at the bottom and connected to the exhaust pipe (52) mounted on the top of the oven (3) and communicates with a the brazier (13) of the barbecue (2). This cooking assembly includes at least one temperature-maintaining chamber (74) designed for mounting, by means of one of its sides (76), on one hot side of the barbecue (2). This chamber (74) comprises a temperature sensor (91) and an air outlet opening (92), through which hot air contained therein can be discharged.
