FIELD: food transportation.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to an oven for transporting food. The oven (1) for transporting food, adapted to be mounted on motorcycles or the like, comprises a container (2) designed for being attached to a motorcycle (M) and having an inner chamber (3) for accommodating food (A), a heating heat exchanger ( 5) connected to the container (2) and designed for heating the air in the inner chamber (3). The heating heat exchanger (5) has an inlet branch pipe (6) designed for being connected to the motorcycle (M) exhaust system (S), and an exhaust outlet branch pipe (7), as well as a heat exchanger for air drying (9) connected with container (2) and designed for drying the air in the inner chamber (3). The heat exchanger for dehumidifying the air (9) contains a cooling part (9a), which can be encountered by the air flow outside the container (2) during the movement of the motorcycle (M), and a dehumidifying part (9b) located inside the container (2) and designed to condense water vapor located in the inner chamber (3).

EFFECT: invention makes it possible to maintain the optimal temperature of the transported food, and the initial quality and physical characteristics of the food itself.
