FIELD: heating system.
SUBSTANCE: boiler comprising a furnace, a rear and a front end wall, a flue and a water tube heat exchanger formed by horizontal finned tubes arranged parallel to each other directly in the furnace, as well as feed and return pipes. At the rear of the boiler, the heat exchanger tubes are rigidly fixed to the rear wall, and in the front part they are fixed to the mounting plate, which is freely movable along the studs relative to the front wall of the boiler, the heat exchanger tubes are equipped with spiral turbulators and the flue is located in the upper part. The boiler's heat exchanger consists of a rear swing-distributor chamber and an anterior rotary chamber. The heat exchanger tubes are located at the bottom and middle parts of the boiler in the bottom and middle parts of the boiler in one or two rows, and in the upper part up to five rows, depending on the boiler output and the required maximum heating water temperature. Pipes communicate with each other through the front swivel and rear swivel and distribution chambers.
EFFECT: increase of the efficiency of the boiler with simultaneous increase of maintainability.
