SUBSTANCE: method of manufacturing a decorative item includes preparing the substrate, applying the elements to the substrate. At the same time, the elements are made of wool by drawing, and/or plucking the wool, and/or obtaining a spider web, and/or obtaining a band, and/or cutting the wool, and/or mixing strands of different colours. The elements are made using patterns and a stencil made in the form of a transparent, smooth, resiliently deformed film with a drawing printed on it, on the stencil, without going beyond the outline of the drawing, a separate element is formed. The element is then moved along a smooth surface of the film onto a rough substrate and fixed thereon by the natural attachment of wool fibers to a rough substrate. Then the product is worked out in detail. The finished product is decorated in a frame with glass.
EFFECT: improving the safety of the method, the effective development of fine motor skills, the development of sensory analysis and training in the transformation of objects.
