FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention can be used for quantitative measurement of the accumulation of radiopharmaceutical (RP) during a radionuclide examination of pulmonary perfusion. A matrix is easily applied on the scintigraphic image of the lung, corresponding to the lung anatomical dimensions. In each cell of the matrix, the value of the radiopharmaceutical accumulation is measured and compared with the normal value of the radiopharmaceutical accumulation. The matrix with the obtained data is compared with the topographic map of the lung segments and reveals perfusion violations by segments. It is advisable that the number of cell columns in width and the number of cell rows in height of the matrix are in the ratio of 1: 2. Preferably, the matrix comprises five columns of cells in width and ten rows of cells in height.
EFFECT: method provides an accurate quantitative determination of blood flow in each area of the lung, segmented localization of areas of lung hypo- and hyperperfusion, even if both lungs are affected, with different bronchopulmonary pathologies.
