SUBSTANCE: treatment is carried out in two stages: at the first stage, the crown of the impacted tooth is exposed, for which two opposite arcuate incisions are made under local anesthesia, the mucosal periosteal flap is exfoliated, followed by its excision. Next, a spherical No. 3 bur is used to perforate the cortical plate with subsequent exposure of the crown part of the tooth. The antiseptic treatment of wound is carried out with a 3% solution of hydrogen peroxide and 0.05% aqueous solution of chlorhexidine bigluconate. A sponge is cut out from the "Tachokomb" material, so that its edges do not overlap the mucosa around the wound. The "Tachocomb" drug is applied to the wound area, so that the defect is blocked. On the second day after this operation, the second stage is performed, during which the "Tachocomb" drug is removed, the mucous membrane is dried, the wound surface is insulated with sterile swabs, then the enamel area of the tooth is etched, the OrthoSolo is injected, and it is lighted for 10-15 seconds. Then the orthodontic element - button - is fixed by "Blugloo" composite with ligature thrust imposition.

EFFECT: method allows to reduce time for orthodontic reception, reduce the risk of wound surface infection in the first day of the postoperative period, exclude allergic reactions to iodine preparations.
