FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: invention refers to medicine, namely orthodontics, paediatric and surgical dentistry can be used for surgical access to impacted teeth. Impacted tooth crown sections are exposed. Computed tomography of the jaws is pre-determined. Tomography data are converted to the STL format. Digital model of teeth released from bone tissue of jaws is created, crowns of which are rigidly connected to block on oral surface with impacted teeth. Digital surgical template with guide mines is modelled on the basis of impacted teeth location. That is followed by 3D printing of physical dental models and a surgical template. Bushings are installed in guides of the shaft of the template, through which the mucous-periosteum fragment is removed with mucotome. Bone window is created by the mills at a predetermined depth according to the digital and physical dental models.
EFFECT: method provides surgical access to impacted teeth due to a surgical template created based on a digital model of a patient's teeth.
