SUBSTANCE: invention is intended for use when placing an impacted tooth in the dentition when it is deep. The impacted tooth is exposed and the ortho-button is fixed on it, the ortho-button is connected to the orthodontic apparatus, including a plastic base and supporting elements, the tooth is activated and moved until it reaches the required position. An orthodontic apparatus is used, the said apparatus includes orthodontic rings, to which a steel wire is soldered, fixed in the base of the plate, support legs and extrusion springs located on the palatal or buccal sides. An ortho-button with a metal ligature is fixed to the impacted tooth, which is connected by an extrusion spring in the palatal position to a plastic base, and in the buccal position the extrusion spring is connected to the orthodontic ring. Orthodontic rings are installed on teeth 16, 26, and support legs are installed on teeth 14, 24, teeth 25, 15, or teeth 14, 15, 24 or 25 separately.

EFFECT: by changing the force and vector of traction the method makes it possible to increase the efficiency of extrusion of an impacted tooth, improve oral hygiene and provide the possibility of adjustments during the treatment process.
