FIELD: metallurgy.
SUBSTANCE: invention relates to melt-supply system (128) for IMD press-form or IML press-form applications for casting flat plastic parts (110) under pressure. The casting is performed with at least one film or ribbon inlet moulding channel (130) and a distribution moulding channel (136). The press-form comprises a retaining chamber (140) between the inlet moulding channel (130) and the moulding channel (136), the cross-section of which is asymmetric and widened relative to the cross section of the moulding channel (136) in a direction perpendicular to the flow direction of the fed material. The invention is intended for decorating in a press-form (IMD) or labeling in a press-form (IML) at pressure casting for manufacturing indicator control panels, in particular the indicator panels for household appliances.
EFFECT: production of high-quality thin-walled products by means of using melt supply system with improved injection characteristics.
